It’s a small, flexible cup made of 100% medical-grade silicone (platinum). It is inserted in the
vagina and instead of absorbing your flow, like a tampon or pad, it collects it. After a couple of hours,
you throw the menstrual blood collected, wash and reuse the cup again. Thus, one menstrual Q cup
can be used for up to 5 years.
1. STERILIZE: Disinfect the cup before every use by washing with AmTrue Menstrual Cup Wash and then sterilize by putting it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes or by using AmTrue Menstrual Cup Sterilizer.
2. FOLD & HOLD: Take the cup with clean hands and fold its rim twice, holding it firmly between your thumb and forefinger.
3. INSERT: Hold the cup at an angle, aiming towards the base of your spine. Gently separate the labia with your free hand. Push the curved edge of the folded cup into the vaginal opening. Make sure you are relaxed while doing so.
4. REMOVE: With clean hands, reach for the base of the cup and pinch it to release the vacuum. Gripping the stem, gently pull it out.
5. EMPTY: Simply empty the menstrual blood into the toilet pot and rinse the cup with AmTrue Menstrual Q Cup Wash befor

This is my first time using a cup. I’d been using pads only. I learnt how to insert it and remove it before my period started which helped me a lot. At first I wasn’t able to get it in at all. But then with a few tries i learnt how to. The pinch down fold worked the best. Once I got it in and spend 8 hours, I noticed some poking feels. Then when I googled and I understood that you have to cut the stem according to the size of your comfort. I cut almost 3/4th of the stem and then it I didn’t feel like anything was there at all except for a small sensation which didn’t bother me much. Now I am on my period and I’m using the cup. Today is the second day of my period. It’s usually on 2nd day when I get the most flow and go for the biggest night pad but the cup was able to do an amazing job and it held in really good for 12 hours straight.

This is comfortable. I was give a try to put it on my body nd it easily placed. The material is too soft. But after using whole night, in the morning after pee it’s leaking otherwise whole day it’s good no leaking. I dnt have havy flow. This problem make me some upset.
