You don’t have to remove the menstrual cup when going to the toilets. But you have to ensure one thing that the menstrual cup is still in its proper position.
You can remove and clean your menstrual cup after 9 hours. This is a normal menstrual period of experience for a female (15-30ml total per cycle). Cups can store 4 to 6 times the amount of tampons and sanitary pads, so you don’t have to be worried.
When using the cup for the first time, read the directions carefully and try to remain as calm as possible. Experiment with different foldings and positions technique so that your body will be familiar with them. Don’t worry that things don’t go the first time as expected. It may take a while to get familiar with it.
